The container for personnel and equipment decontamination represents a specialized, mobile technical solution designed to perform decontamination operations in the event of chemical, biological, and radiological incidents. It enables efficient and safe removal of contaminants from casualties, emergency responders, and their equipment directly in the theater of operations. The system features separated decontamination zones, a controlled flow of personnel and equipment, and the capability to operate under various weather conditions.
This solution is intended for use by rescue and law enforcement services, specifically fire protection units and crisis management teams.
The kit includes three pneumatic tents designated for carrying out the process: in the first one (dry tent), registration, preliminary assessment, and removal of clothing take place, which is then placed into dedicated disposal bags.
In the middle (wet) tent, equipped with a shower installation, the actual decontamination is carried out, after which individuals proceed to the third (dry) tent, where they change into replacement garments.
High throughput - the deployed technological layout allows for the decontamination of more than 90 ambulatory individuals per hour within a single vertical line of flow.
Certification - the container holds a certificate of admission issued by CNBOP-PIB.
Ergonomic layout - the interior of the container is engineered with a central corridor layout and side compartments enclosed by roller shutters, allowing fast access and stable gear arrangement.
Energy independence - equipped with a battery backup system to power the lighting of compartments and the field of work (battery with an operating cycle up to 6 hours).
Comprehensive equipment - the kit contains pneumatic tents, foam decontamination systems, high-pressure washers, fogging devices, and replacement clothing, among other essentials.
