The individual water filter is part of an individual soldier's equipment, designed to secure their need for drinking water in emergency and special situations.
The filter purifies water from natural contamination as well as intentional contamination and infection. It removes toxic substances (chemical and biological) from water, reducing the potential for contamination and diseases. It enables survival and normal operational function in environments lacking potable water.
Increased disinfection efficiency is achieved through the use of AQUA PARTNER TABLETS D disinfection tablets, which are included in the kit. Certificate of compliance with STANAG 2136 MED.
Speed of operation - only 2 minutes are required to obtain water safe for drinking.
